work and work and work and bit by bit things start to happen. we've been working hard under Casey (Patrick's brother)'s command to get things done at Provisions and open as soon as we possibly can. We've broken down walls, built up walls, turned ugly things into nice looking things and revised plans over and over again in order to please the health department.
Recently we got the cold box set up, this is where the majority of beers will be held, particularly any hoppy beers that need to remain as fresh as possible. We also have a painter now who is starting to make things look nicer. This week we've got some of the biggest work taking place though. We have some legitimate contracts coming in (until now it has primarily been Patrick, Casey, Ben and Jonas) and they are going to completely rebuild the bathroom and add a second one as well as raise the roof in the back of the building since it's pretty hard not to hit your head on the way into the store from the back entrance right now.
Anyhow, we're getting close and we can feel it!

I walk by almost daily and I have to say the innocuous nature in which you're going about your work in there is rather impressive. From Glassel there is quite seriously no sign of progress.
