During this afternoon's sensory analysis meeting it was decided that Imperial White Orchid is not quite fully carbonated so we have decided to hold off on the bottle release for another week. There are some big pluses and just a few minuses to bottle conditioning beer, but slow carbonation is one of the hardest factors to deal with and today it unfortunately didn't work out as we planned.
In what's still great news...we will still be pouring the previous 5 Provisions beers in a special flight tomorrow evening and Tyler will be around to answer your questions. And in even better news...we'll be putting bottles of the past beers back on the shelves as well!
So, we're sorry about the delay on Imperial White Orchid, but we hope you're still excited about everything else happening tomorrow!
